3. Menu, nutrition and stores

The website presents a general collection. Flavors, toppings, portions, products, prices, promotions, hours and openings vary by store and date. Photos may show serving suggestions or seasonal presentations. Confirm current availability, ingredients and prices with your store. We may correct errors; a displayed item is not an accepted order or guarantee of availability.

Dietary information marked as pending is unverified. Portions and toppings affect nutrition. Shared preparation and self-service areas can create allergen cross-contact. 4. Orders, rewards and promotions

Pickup ordering is available only where enabled and during the selected store’s ordering hours. Review the store, items, options and final total before paying in Square’s secure checkout. A saved bag or unpaid checkout is not a paid order. Prices, taxes, eligible rewards and availability are confirmed at checkout. Preparation times are estimates. Contact the selected store promptly about changes, cancellations, missing items or refunds; eligibility depends on the circumstances and applicable law. Where delivery is enabled, the website shows eligibility and a delivery & handling fee before payment. Uber Direct provides the courier service. Pickup has no delivery fee. Address, recipient name, phone, instructions and order details are shared as needed with Uber Direct and the courier. Delivery times are estimates. Be available at the provided address; an unsuccessful handoff may require support and incur return costs. If delivery cannot be arranged before a courier is requested, we request a refund; bank posting times vary. Contact the selected store for problems after dispatch. Square’s payment and rewards terms also apply. These terms do not reduce mandatory rights or change existing points or gift-card rights.

Promotions are limited to the dates, locations, eligibility and redemption conditions stated with the offer. Do not assume offers combine. An inquiry does not reserve a promotional item. Ask the participating store about unclear details before purchasing.

5. Requests, events and applications

A contact form requests a response; it does not by itself form a service contract. A fundraiser date is held only after successful reservation confirmation. Coordinate the event and qualifying sales under the Fundraiser guidelines and written event confirmation before promotion. An employment application is not an offer, guarantee of interview or employment contract. Eligibility and job requirements are assessed during recruitment.
