Allergens & nutrition
Your cup is personal. So are your dietary needs. Talk with your store before choosing a product if you have an allergy or specific food requirement.
2. Check the specific product
The nine major food allergens recognized in the United States are milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy and sesame. This general list does not mean every allergen is present in every store or product. Other ingredients may also cause reactions. Ask for the available ingredient information for your exact flavor, topping and preparation.
Recipes, suppliers and availability may change. Dairy-free, no added sugar, low sugar, gluten-free and protein statements describe different characteristics. A flavor name or fruit image is not an ingredient declaration. If staff cannot confirm information you need, do not rely on the website as confirmation.
3. Nutrition and portions
Entries marked pending or unconfirmed are not verified nutrition or dietary claims. When values are published, check the serving size and whether toppings are included. Self-service portions, additions and combinations change totals. Protein or other values for one recipe do not automatically apply to another.
This information helps you ask questions; it is not medical advice or a guarantee a product suits a condition. For an urgent allergic reaction, seek emergency medical help instead of contacting the website.
