INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect contact information such as your name, email address, phone number, and postal address; loyalty and account information; purchase information such as date, location, items, and transaction value; and website or device information collected through cookies and similar technologies. We do not receive or store complete payment card numbers from Square for advertising measurement.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information to process purchases, operate Andias Rewards, provide customer service, improve our products and stores, prevent fraud, analyze business performance, and measure and improve our advertising.

ADVERTISING MEASUREMENT

When you make a purchase at an Andias location and provide contact information through Square or Andias Rewards, we may use identifiers such as your email address, phone number, name, and postal address to measure whether advertising contributed to that purchase. Before transmission, these identifiers are normalized and hashed. We may send the hashed identifiers and limited transaction information, including purchase date, store location, and purchase value, to Meta through the Conversions API for measurement and attribution. Meta processes this information under its own terms and privacy policy.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

We may use service providers such as Square for payments and customer records, and Meta for advertising measurement. They may process information only as permitted by their agreements and applicable law.

RETENTION AND SECURITY

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect it.

YOUR CHOICES

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or ask to opt out of advertising measurement, by contacting Andias through https://www.andiaslife.com/contact. You may also control certain cookies through your browser and any cookie settings offered on our website.

CHILDREN

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 for advertising measurement.
